Spending of funds is confined to programs and projects approved by the organization.  Should a donor choose to restrict a contribution for use in a particular program or project, we will honor that restriction with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by the organization, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where most needed.

Personal information will be recorded for tax receipting purposes. Personal information may be used to inform you of our programs and activities including funding needs and opportunities to volunteer and/or donate.  This may be through periodic contacts, special events and surveys. Please inform us if you do not want to receive future communications.

We respect your privacy and adhere to legislated privacy requirements.  We ensure that the personal information we collect about you is safeguarded and compliant with current policy legislation. 

 

On occasion Dawn Centre publicly recognizes the names of our donors.   Before Dawn Centre uses any of your personal information publicly we will obtain your written consent to do so. We do not sell, trade or rent out any names or personal information.
